Our Roots

Florian Bergoin, owner of La Belle Vallée, grew up in the village of St. Francois de Sales in the Savoie region of eastern France, specifically in the the Bauges Mountains (Massif des Bauges), a mountain range stretching from the city of Annecy to the city of Chambéry, which is part of the French Prealps. We do not use any modified milk ingredients, milk by-products, artificial flavours or preservatives. All of our artisan cheeses are made with natural, whole ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. We are a licensed and inspected facility and take great pride in the quality of our products.
